FREE ATM Access
BSE members have access for FREE cash withdrawals using your ATM or Debit Card from the Alliance One network.  The Alliance One ATM network is nationwide with 4,800 FREE ATM's available.  Look for this logo for FREE cash withdrawals at ATM machines.

VISA® Debit Card
Qualified members can get a VISA® Debit Card - a convenient check card that is used to pay for purchases and have the funds electronically deducted from your checking account. This FREE card is a must have for all checking account holders. If your card is lost or stolen, you must notify us immediately. During business hours, call the credit union at 440-243-9180. If you realize that your card is lost or has been stolen and the credit union is not open, please call Cardholder Services directly at 800-523-4175.  To help protect YOU against fraud and identity theft related to your VISA® Debit Card, please make sure we have current up-to-date contact information for you such as home phone, work phone, cell phone, e-mail, and address. This will help us contact you quickly should we ever suspect fraud on your VISA® Debit Card. If you discover fraudulent activity on your VISA® Debit Card, during busness hours please call 440-243-9180 and after business hours please call 800-327-8622. 

Access Your Account with MONA
MONA (Members Online Network Access) is a FREE service available for members to access their accounts online. To sign up, click here. You’ll be able to review account balances, inquire on cleared checks, review VISA® Debit Card transactions, make a credit union loan payment, and transfer funds. 

Online Bill Pay
This service allows members to pay bills online safely and quickly using their BSE Credit Union Checking or Savings Account. By taking a few minutes to set up your bills, they can be paid as quick as the click of a mouse. You’ll be able to schedule payments, review payments, and determine dates and amounts to pay your bills. In order to utilize Bill Pay, you are required to enroll in MONA, Members Online network Access – our online banking system. Click here to enroll in MONA.

E-Statements
This FREE service allows you to view and/or print your monthly BSE Credit Union statement via the Internet and a secure site. In order to utilize E-Statements, you are required to enroll in MONA, Members Online Network Access - our online banking system. Click here to enroll in MONA. You can enroll in E-Statements while signed in to your Online Banking account.

E-statements enable you to:

Download your monthly statement at your convenience and have up to 12 months of statements at your fingertips. Receive e-mail notification when your statement is ready to view, and you simply log in to retrieve it.

If you no longer wish to receive E-Statements, you can opt-out while signed in to your Online Banking account. 

Transfer from Savings Overdraft Protection
At BSE Credit Union, we offer FREE Overdraft Protection! When you make a mistake in the checkbook or your spouse forgets that entry, don't worry! We'll make sure the check clears, provided you have enough funds in your savings account.
       
Line of Credit Overdraft Protection
Or you can enroll in another type of Overdraft Protection. When you open your checking account, you can apply for a personal line of credit. If you ever write a check that results in an overdraft, your personal line of credit will go into effect and your check will be covered for a small service fee.

Check Re-Orders
We offer several convenient ways for you to re-order your Check Printing Solutions checks. To re-order checks online, click here. To order by phone call the credit union at (440) 243-9180.  You can also mail your reorder form to the credit union office or stop by to drop it off.  Please remember, when placing any check order, payment is automatically deducted from your Share Draft Account.
