You are eligible to join the credit union if you live, work, attend church or school in Berea, Middleburg Heights, Olmsted Falls, Olmsted Township or Brook Park, Ohio.  Membership also extends to your immediate family members.

To apply for loan pre-approval, simply complete the application below.  We will also require a current pay stub to complete this loan if it is approved.

Once your application is received at the credit union, a Loan Officer will contact you for additional information.  INCOME VERIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED.  Please mail, fax or deliver a copy of your current pay stub to BSE Credit Union.  Alimony, child support or separate maintenance income need not be revealed if you don not wish to have it considered as a basis for repaying this obligation.

I hearby authorize the Credit Union to whom this application is made, or any Credit Bureau or other investigative agency employed by such Credit Union, to investigate the references herein listed or statements or other data obtained from me or from any other source whatsoever pertaining to my credit and financial responsibility.  The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all credit worthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request.  The Ohio Civil Rights Commission administers compliance with this law.
