Donation Requests

At TopMark Federal Credit Union, we are proud to support non-profit groups and community fundraising efforts in the areas we serve. As a not-for-profit organization ourselves, our resources are limited, but we strive to make a positive impact whenever possible.

Because we receive many requests each week across Allen and Auglaize counties, we ask that you follow the guidelines below to ensure your request can be considered.


Guidelines for Donation Requests

  1. Written Request Required

    • All requests must be submitted in writing and clearly state the name of the organization.

  2. Information to Include
    Please provide:

    • Basic details about the charity or event

    • Contact person’s name, address, and phone number

    • Date of the event

    • Any affiliation you have with TopMark FCU

    • Flyers, pricing information, or other supporting materials

  3. Advance Notice

    • Requests should be submitted at least 30 days before the event.

    • We cannot fulfill requests without proper advance notification.

Important Notes

  • Most donations are fulfilled in the form of small monetary contributions, gift cards, or TopMark FCU merchandise.

  • Due to high demand, donations are limited to organizations located in Allen County or Auglaize County.
